Refunds and Returns
Raelyn Fashions takes pride in the products offered, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days of the mailing date. All garments must be clean, unused, bagged and with tag lines attached. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of mailing.

Special “custom” orders, or those items which have been used or damaged in any way are not refundable or returnable.

Before making a return, please contact us and let us know it is coming. When a return is made, you may select an alternative item, request credit to your account or payment refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
